How long does it take to get set up?
Normally, it is no more than 2-3 days, getting you on the system can be done in 20 minutes, the longest part is printing and installing your signs which can be as fast as you need it to be.
Do I need to install any hardware or machines?
All you need is signage installed in your car park and you can accept payments. There isn't much maintenance with signage.
Can I manage multiple car parks from one dashboard?
The system is set up to work for 1 location or a 1,000 locations, it’s perfect for operators of all sizes, the system is set up for easily managing many locations.
Can I change tariffs and pricing myself?
Yes you can manually change the tariffs yourself, however you will need to update your signage to reflect this change for your users.
How do drivers pay for parking?
They can scan the QR code or enter the location code on our website that is linked to your location and appears on your signage.
Is the system compliant with UK regulations?
Yes we are fully GDPR-compliant.
What happens if a driver says they have paid?
We will do a full audit and search the back office for any payment failures or errors, so you can have peace of mind and evidence as to whether it is true or not.
What support is available for operators?
We have email support available 24/7 and an emergency number for any urgent questions/help.
How do payouts work and when do I get paid?
We work out the balance owed after fees and you can choose to receive your payouts weekly or monthly. Then we pay straight into your account.
Are there any setup fees or hidden charges?
The only costs are for the signage. It depends on how many signs you require for your car park.
Can I see transactions in real time?
Yes you will have back office access to view your location data. If someone makes a payment you will see that in your dashboard within a few seconds.
What reports are available in the back office?
Currently you can see all payment totals and which tariff was purchased, along with a breakdown of all fees. We are working on more in depth analytics for the future.
Does ParkPayStay integrate with enforcement software?
Yes we integrate with Zatpark currently to send session data for times paid for and durations. If you have a custom software to integrate with we can provide this as well.
How does ParkPayStay help reduce unpaid parking?
With it only taking 30 seconds or less to make payment, it prevents drivers from getting frustrated. If your machines have a queue or are faulty it is a back up option for drivers to make payment.
Can I export data for accounting or reporting?
Yes you can export all your transaction data via csv so you can import it into your systems.
